After graduating Stanford, Stephanie entered a 33 year career in commercial real estate, pivoting in 2019 to residential real estate. Since her first year in residential, she has consistently landed in the Top 1% of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide. Now 7 years into her residential career, she has participated in approximately $1 billion of home sales. She is entrenched in the community through her former Buck-Cardinal Club board work at Stanford, membership at Sharon Heights Country Club, Cuddling at Stanford Hospital and, of course, living and raising daughters in Menlo Park.

This history of success is not exclusive to her professional life. She was on the U.S. National Swimming Team for four years, including teams competing in the Pan American Games, World Championships, and the boycotted 1980 Olympics. Her impressive accomplishments include a gold medal in the 1978 World Championships, and the American and World Record in sprint freestyle events in 1978. She finished her career as a captain of the Stanford University Women's Swim Team in 1984, where she graduated "With Distinction" (the top 10% of her class).
